Midget Gem Pendant - I Was Made for Sunny Days
This one-off pendant captures a tiny sunbather sitting on Cornish sand, held in an azure gem of resin, and framed in sterling silver. She’s pausing for a moment - looking out to sea, breathing in the salt air and the warmth on her skin, taking in that familiar feeling of being by the shore.
Midget Gems were originally designed as a simplified duo - just the resin world and the tiny stamped tag.
For this piece only, you can add a cast sterling silver shell from my New Zealand shell collection for an additional £22, if you’d like a touch of extra story and texture.
Each Midget Gem is made as a small-but-special necklace — more attainable, giftable, and easy to wear every day, while still carrying the tiny storytelling at the heart of my work. Perfect to wear on their own or layered with other Helen Noakes pieces.
