Midget Gem Pendant – How Much Can a Polar Bear
This one-off pendant captures a tiny polar bear suspended in cool blue faceted resin, framed in sterling silver and paired with a stamped silver tag that reads “HOW MUCH CAN A POLAR BEAR.” A small, wry moment frozen in miniature - equal parts humour, tenderness, and icy calm.
The resin includes a touch of glow-in-the-dark powder, giving the piece a soft, ethereal glow when the lights go out.
Each Midget Gem is made as a small-but-special necklace - more attainable, giftable, and easy to wear every day, while still carrying the tiny storytelling at the heart of my work. Perfect to wear on their own or layered with other Helen Noakes pieces.
