Downhill Brooch - Sterling Silver & Resin

This one spent far too long sitting in my "never finished" box before I finally picked it up again. Now I can't imagine leaving it there.
A tiny downhill skier disappears into a cloud of powder snow, frozen forever in layers of resin. Hidden within the snow is a little glow-in-the-dark powder, so when the lights go out the mountains still quietly glow.
Turn the brooch over and you'll find a hand-pierced mountain range on the back (because I think the backs of brooches should be just as beautiful as the fronts)
