Last updated: April 2026
Your privacy is very important to me.

References to ‘me’, ‘my’, ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘I’ shall be deemed to be references to Helen Noakes. Your details
By choosing to use this website to place an order with, you agree to our use of your personal information as required to process and deliver your order. Only the basic personal details required to process your order are collected. These details – your name, address, email address and/or phone number – will not be released to any outside party without your consent or unless I’m required to by law.
I do not have access to sensitive payment data or store credit/debit card details – these are handled by my secure website payment processor Square or PayPal. Both have strict Data Protection Policies and are GDPR compliant.
Cookies and Analytics
By using our website you consent to our use of cookies. Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent from a website and stored in your web browser’s memory to help them function properly, e.g keep items in a shopping cart or remember a user’s preferred language, and they’re also used to track how people use a website. Most browsers allow you to reject all cookies, whilst some browsers allow you to reject just third party cookies. Blocking all cookies will, however, have a negative impact upon the usability of many websites.
When someone visits helennoakesjewellery.com my website (built on WordPress and Ecwid) and social media platforms collect analytical data, and I may also use Google Analytics to act on our behalf as a third party in order to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. I use this information to improve my website. It enables me to monitor popular pages on the site, the number of visitors I receive and see how users find me. I do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting my website. You can block tracking cookies in your browser settings.
Newsletter/mailings
My policy is to keep all personal information completely confidential and solely for internal purposes, to fulfil your orders or send you information (opt-in only) about my jewellery.
I use a third-party provider, MailChimp, an intuit company, to securely hold my mailing list and deliver my newsletter. It gathers statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help me monitor and improve my e-newsletter. For more information, please see Intuit’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time by following the unsubscribe link in my newsletter or by emailing me helennoakes@me.com.
