Payment is to be made with credit or debit card via my website or over the phone, and is taken at the time of booking (via Stripe/PayPal).

Bookings can be made individually or as a group of 2, 3 or 4 people.

After booking you will receive an email with your class details.

By making a booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of someone else it is your responsibility to share these Terms with anyone attending the workshop.

Cancellations & Refunds

As life is unpredictable at times, you or I may need to cancel a booking or class. I will do my best to facilitate an exchange to an alternative class or date wherever possible.

Refunds are available if you cancel more than two weeks before the scheduled date. I am unable to offer refunds for ‘no-shows’ or late cancellations.

Classes need a minimum of 2 students to go ahead and are subject to cancellation in the unlikely event that this number is not met a few days prior to the course date. In this case an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be issued.

In unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or extreme weather, I may need to cancel a workshop at very short notice. In such cases alternative dates will be offered or a full refund will be provided.

Helen Noakes Jewellery is not liable for travel or accommodation costs resulting from cancellations.

Health & Safety & Insurance

Each session starts with a health and safety introduction. Jewellery making involves the use of sharp tools, abrasive materials and heat. Safety instructions are given for each process. All students take part at their own risk. It is your responsibility to listen/read and understand all safety guidelines – please ask questions if you are unsure about anything.

You must agree not to use any power or gas tool before you have received a full induction. Non-compliance may result in exclusion from the workshop or course without a refund.

Please wear appropriate clothes (not your favourites!), closed toe shoes, and if you have long hair please bring something to tie it back.

I reserve the right to refuse participation if a workshop attendee has a health issue which poses a safety risk to themselves, to another attendee or to me. I reserve the right to refuse participation if an attendee appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Helen Noakes Jewellery holds Public and Products Liability Insurance (evidence of this available on request).
